Tech Solutions to Protect Soldiers: UGV Orders Fully Met in 2025

In 2025, the Defence Procurement Agency fully delivered on the Armed Forces’ request for unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), exceeding planned supply targets. Deliveries went beyond 100%.

An additional channel of supply was the DOT‑Chain Defence digital platform, through which units received 62 UGVs. This format allows specific frontline needs to be met quickly and enables fast scaling of effective solutions.

At present, UGV procurement on the marketplace is available only under the ‘Army of Drones Bonus’ program (e-points) — a mechanism that directly links unit performance with access to modern technology.

The expansion and deployment of UGVs form part of a systemic approach to human‑centric defence, where technology serves the core mission: protecting personnel and increasing the effectiveness of combat operations.
